How to make Egg Rice
  

Ingredient



2 Eggs
200 gm Basmati rice
30 gm Onion's fine chopped
20 gm tomatoes fine chopped
20 gm Fresh chopped Corenda  
20 gm Fresh Ginger paste
20 gm Fresh Garlic paste
20 gm Gram Masala Powder
20 gm Coriander Powder
20 gm Chilli Powder
5   gm Cumin(Jeera)
2-3  Fresh chopped green chilies
Butter
Salt to taste


Method

1. Take a frying pan add some butter  2 Table spoon.

2. When it gets hot add some garlic accompanied with chopped onion's. 

3. Now gradually stir the mixture till it get golden brown

4. Now add the tomatoes, Saute the mixture

5. Add
20 gm Fresh chopped Corenda
20 gm Fresh Ginger paste
20 gm Fresh Garlic paste
20 gm Gram Masala Powder
20 gm Coriander Powder
20 gm Chilli Powder
2-3  Fresh chopped green chilies

6. Add 2 Eggs and oil and mix it well

7. Now Add Rice  200 gm Basmati rice


8. Mixture everything till rice and egg gets each other aroma

9. Garnish it Coriander leaves and Pudina chutney
